Meet Our Therapists

Healing starts with connection. Our therapists bring a diverse range of experiences, specialties, and approaches to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. We are proud to serve the Danbury community and beyond.

If you've been carrying it alone for a long time, you're not broken, you're tired. I work with men who are ready to put down some of that weight: men navigating life after incarceration, men who grew up without fathers, men who've been told their whole lives to stay hard and stay silent.

A lot of men I work with have never had a space where they could just be honest, not performing strength, not managing how they come across. Just real. As a man of color, I understand what it means to move through a world that doesn't always make space for who we fully are. Therapy wasn't built with us in mind but this practice was.

Together, we work through trauma, identity, relationships, and the cycles of shame and disconnection that so many of us inherited without asking for them. My approach blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, and real, practical tools, nothing abstract, nothing performative. Just honest work in a space where your full story is welcome: the anger, the grief, and the hope.

Strength and vulnerability aren't opposites. You don't have to have it figured out to start, and you don't have to be perfect to heal. You just have to be willing, and I'll meet you there.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m the owner and heart behind Healing Nest Therapy Services. I created this practice to be a warm, welcoming space where people can breathe, be real, and feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through seasons of growth, healing, and change. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, heal what hurts, and build the relationships and life you want. Here, you are not just a client. You are a whole person, and you matter.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, so we can meet in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
